WELCOME!
Hi there, I'm Monique — a dedicated massage and holistic therapist with a heartfelt passion for helping people feel their best.
I've been on this journey since 1997, starting with Swedish Massage, Reflexology, and Aromatherapy. That’s when I discovered the incredible power of holistic therapies and knew I had found my calling.
Over the years, I’ve continued learning and growing, adding a wide range of techniques to my toolbox — from Indian Head Massage and Shiatsu to Reiki, Balinese-style Massage, and Crystal Healing. Each new approach has helped me support my clients in deeper and more meaningful ways.
To further enhance my understanding of how the body works as a whole, I completed an Advanced Sports Massage certification in 2011 and a 350-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in 2015.
With over 25 years of experience, I truly believe that wellness is not one-size-fits-all. I take the time to understand each person’s unique needs and tailor every treatment to support your specific goals — whether you're looking to relax, heal, or simply reconnect with yourself.
